SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY ONLY AVAILABLE FOR GREAT BRITAIN (GB)

We provide delivery service of products to customers in most parts of Great Britain*.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days.

Orders need to be placed by 3.00pm GBT on a working day to be processed and sent on the same day. Orders placed on a Friday will be for Monday delivery. During busy periods your orders may sometimes take a little longer to process and may take up to 3-5 working days.

*GB refers to customers in Great Britain with delivery addresses in England, Scotland or Wales.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final unless products arrive damaged/faulty.

If your products are damaged or faulty when you receive them, please contact Customer Care by email skinclairebeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. A member of the customer care team will help you and work out the best solution for you.
